Responsibilities:

  • Processing in accounts payable accounting
  • Invoice verification
  • Recording, coding, and posting of incoming invoices/credit notes
  • Account maintenance and reconciliation
  • Creation and maintenance of vendor master data
  • Contact person for domestic and foreign suppliers
  • Processing of balance confirmations
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in an internationally operating industrial group
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting desirable
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics or MS D365)
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Commitment and flexibility
  • Reliability and conscientiousness
  • Independent and structured way of working
