Our client in Cologne is currently looking for immediate support in full-time or part-time for permanent employment.Various projects are available
Home office is possible after a maximum of 6 months.

Responsibilities:
- Tasks of 2nd level support
- Processing of customer inquiries via our ticket system after 1st level support or by phone
- Ticket creation/processing, error search including analysis and documentation
- You are responsible for adhering to response and processing times for support requests
- Solutionoriented immediate advice, as well as forwarding of malfunctions to internal departments and technicians
- Contacting customers for further analysis and remote configuration/problem solving
- Continuous expansion of support documentation
Qualifications:
- You are a communication talent and enjoy supporting our customers with their concerns
- Perseverance and systematic approach to error search, even in tricky IT support cases
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new and challenging tasks
- You think outside the box and your work is characterized by reliability and service orientation
- Contact and communication skills are your driving force
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and work in a structured manner
