Description
Sweetwater is currently seeking a SAP Finance Senior Manager for a fast-growing strategy consultancy in Germany.

Our client, a renowned global advisory organization, is actively expanding their technology capabilities with a focus on SAP due to high client demand.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, from advisory to implementation, using SAP S/4Finance and S/4HANA.

You will work closely with clients on strategic topics and lead them through the delivery process, utilizing both internal and offshore resources.


To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience specializing in SAP FI CO solutioning, a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, and previous consulting experience as a Manager or Senior Manager.

Experience with RFPs and proposals, as well as leading delivery on finance transformation programs (specifically S/4Finance), is also required. Fluency in German is a must for this role.


As a key member of an established advisory firm, you will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role and build and manage a team in the short term.

You will also work with existing clients, providing guidance on their journey to S/4Finance implementations. This is a remote-based position, but occasional travel within Germany may be required based on client needs.
