The German Environmental Aid Association (DUH) is one of the most effective and well-known environmental and consumer protection organizations in Germany.

We work successfully on pressing issues of our time. Through strong campaigns, projects, and networks, we advocate for ecological and sustainable strategies in politics, economy, and society. The topics covered by the Energy and Climate Protection department are diverse.

We deal with complex issues related to the transformation of the energy system, which plays a key role in the fight against climate change.

To support our goals, we monitor current legislative procedures at national and European level, present solutions in line with environmental and climate protection, and bring the relevance of our topics into the public debate through powerful campaigns.

In addition, we take legal action against selected fossil projects. The advertised position focuses on the topic of Sustainable Construction and Energy Efficiency in Buildings.

The position is full-time and initially limited. We generally strive to offer a permanent employment contract. The place of work is our headquarters in Berlin.


As a Representative in the field of Energy and Climate Protection, you will:
independently manage a project with international partners on the topic of Sustainable Construction.

coordinate network activities at national and European level.

represent DUH to politicians, business associations, political networks,
