Your Responsibilities


As a leadership team with the product line management for Business (m/w/d) at Big Falls, you will jointly take responsibility for the strategy, economic success, and innovation of the product line.

This includes not only disciplinary leadership and development of your employees, but also responsibility for project, risk, and opportunity management, as well as building and maintaining relationships with our customers with a focus on customer benefits and application understanding.

As the product line manager for Technology (m/w/d), you will also be responsible for the following topics:

  • Development of products and technologies in the field of switchgear for mining trucks
  • Electric drive systems for construction machinery
  • Taking over technical offer management
  • Designing the technology roadmap

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed relevant studies (e.g. electronics, computer science, physics) or comparable professional experience
  • Strategic and crossfunctional thinking
  • Business knowledge
  • Cooperation, conflict, and reflection skills
  • Fluent language skills in both German and English
  • Leadership experience as a technical and/or disciplinary manager or leading project teams
