  • Planning and implementation of educational and upbringing work according to the local facility concept
  • Staff management, deployment planning and team development
  • Leadership skills combined with empathy, enjoyment of team building
  • Interest in digital applications and good IT skills
  • Implementation of the pedagogical mission according to the children's developmental stage
  • Positive and constructive design of the educational and upbringing partnership with parents
  • Participation in the conceptual development of the facility

Your profile:


  • Completed training as an educator or a pedagogical degree

  • Professional competence, sense of responsibility, commitment and reliability
  • Identification with the principles of our district association, the Red Cross and our mission statement
