Are you someone who enjoys using public transportation and interacting with people?
Then you should become a passenger interviewer with us


We, PTV Transport Consult GmbH, will be conducting passenger surveys on behalf of Verkehrsverbund Mittelsachsen (VMS) GmbH in buses and trains starting from July 10, 2023.

We need your support to help shape the transportation industry sustainably.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be traveling on public transportation and interviewing passengers about their travel route and ticket.
  • You will record the answers using a smartphone provided by us.
  • The collected data will be uploaded to our servers at the end of your shift.
  • You will indicate your availability through our internal booking portal and we will assign you a suitable shift.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Excellent German language skills.
  • Enjoyment of interacting with others.
  • Friendly and openminded towards passengers.
  • Independent and conscientious work ethic.
  • Wellgroomed and confident appearance.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Willingness to adjust your working hours according to the VMS schedule.
