Support our team part-time for 24 hours/week (three days) as:
Employee in Back Office (m/f/d)


Your contribution:


  • As the first point of contact, you welcome guests, answer calls from the telephone switchboard and forward them (in German and partially in English)
  • You assist in the creation of congratulatory letters
  • You process incoming mail and handle administrative adhoc tasks
  • Support in employee and guest hospitality

What you bring:


  • Ideally, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • You convince with a representative, confident and friendly appearance
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
  • Class B driver's
