Description
We are looking for a/n Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d) for one of our well-known clients in West Haven-Sylvan.
Your responsibilities:
- You ensure the processing of accounting procedures, taking into account specific requirements from the client
- You are responsible for the processing and internal coordination of daily, monthly, and annual financial statements in accordance with agreements with the client, including client reporting
- You are responsible for the preparation and booking of balance sheet transactions, such as write-offs, collection statements, and bank transactions
- You handle internal and external communication with departments and business partners in highly standardized processes as part of daily operations
- You independently report problems in daily operations, present appropriate solutions, and implement them
- You create and evaluate internal reports on problem areas according to escalation levels
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as an office management clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a similar qualification
- First professional experience in accounts receivable management
- Independent work style, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
- Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Basic knowledge of SAP and payment portals desirable
