Description
**Job Duties:- **Process and prepare documents, such as letters, and business or government forms. Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments, assistance with other units as needed. Responsible for scanning and uploading court orders and related information to individual client files in a shared database accessible to all statewide IDRCs prior to the client attending class. This position also assists in processing incoming mail that is delivered, copying documents, and assembling mailings as needed. Modifying templates and taking meeting notes.
**Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:
- ** administrative and office procedures, including managing electronic and physical filing systems, handling mail, and preparing documents. Proficient in using office software, including word processing. Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail for accurately scanning and uploading documents, and transferring data and information between multiple sources into various systems and correspondences. Ability to manage multiple calendars and schedules effectively.

Requirement:
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Effective time management skills. Capability to work independently and well with others, including assisting team members. Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers). Understanding and respecting the confidentiality of the information handled, especially when dealing with sensitive client data.
**Desired skills:
- **Experience with spreadsheets, and database management tools is helpful. Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial.
The ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly, especially when dealing with document management or scheduling conflicts
