As a train driver, you will be responsible for safely and punctually transporting our passengers and trains throughout Germany. We are currently looking for you as a career changer for retraining as a train driver (m/f/d) for DB Fernverkehr AG at our location in Berlin.

What to expect during the retraining:

The retraining takes place full-time and consists of theoretical and practical training sections
The duration of the retraining is approximately 12 months and ends with final exams
The theoretical training and your practical assignments will take place at the Berlin Ostbahnhof location
The training class consists of approximately 12 participants

After your first few years as a train driver, you will have the opportunity to further qualify internally, for example as a trainer or dispatcher.

After your retraining, you will take on the following tasks:

You will drive our trains with over 1000 horsepower on various routes within Germany
