IT Support and IT Helpdesk Employee (m/f/d)

With more than 50 individual brands, the Oberfranken Media Group offers a cross-media, user-oriented range of services for business and private customers. In addition to the diverse regional daily newspapers and news portals, digital services, entertainment, start-up coaching, marketing complete services, trade media, and delivery services are available for the variety of the company group. Almost 2400 people at around 20 locations contribute to the success of the traditional and future-oriented media house.TasksAs part of our IT helpdesk team, you will play a key role in first/second level support by providing technical assistance and contributing to the resolution of IT inquiries.
- 1st level support in the IT service desk team
- Acceptance of customer disruptions via telephone, service desk tool, and email in German
- Forwarding and handover of service requests to various departments (2nd and 3rd level support)
- Documentation, control, and monitoring of tickets via the ticket system
- Setting up employee workstations
- Identifying solutions for recurring problems in your own area of responsibility (e.g. MS Office applications)
- Communication with internal organizational units
