    Salary:
    $50,000 with a $5,000 bonus plan based on pre-determined quarterly sales goals.

    Job Title: Sales Associate at City Experiences in Chicago, IL

    About You:
    We are looking for someone who is versatile, dynamic, and embodies City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Develop a deep understanding of regional vessels, products, pricing, and sales strategies
    • Achieve weekly prospecting targets through proactive outreach
    • Prioritize and handle inbound leads efficiently
    • Present pricing effectively to boost sales
    • Handle objections with product knowledge
    • Follow up on contracts, upsell to groups, and maximize revenue
    • Upsell existing guests to premium options
    • Be adaptable and conduct site visits and client meetings as needed
    • Drive sales efforts in uncovered territories
    • Network at events to raise local market awareness
    • Support the national sales team and act as a local resource when necessary
    • Coordinate events and ensure high-quality service
    • Attend detailed events and liaise between sales and operations
    • Resolve guest issues promptly
    • Utilize Salesforce CRM for effective planning and tracking
    • Manage reservations accurately on Salesforce CRM & Reservation systems
    • Provide timely reports and maintain organizational skills


    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 1 year of sales support or selling experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Highly organized with attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and focus on guest needs
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
