As a receptionist/front desk employee in the SPA area (m/f/d) on board one of the world's largest cruise companies, you will embark on a new adventure.

You will delight and pamper your guests in one of the most modern SPA areas at sea.

Your mission:

As a wellbeing coach with professional expertise, you take care of the SPA guests' wellbeing
Always friendly welcome and farewell of guests
Allaround care for guests (host, service provider, contact person)
Professional, individual consultation and sales of treatments and products
Active crossselling of additional offers from other departments
Always handle guest feedback competently
Daily and controlled endofday procedures and administrative tasks

Your talents on board:

Solid education in the hotel industry or in a specialized field of the SPA & sports area (cosmetics, massage, or fitness)
Work experience
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
Friendly manners and warmth
Team spirit and resilience
STCW safety certificate ideally available
