Hours: 10-15 hours per week hours per month)
Compensation:
$65/hr - $75/hr (depending on experience and educational background)

We operate in seven regional areas of California, including Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.Through collaborative partnerships and innovative programs, we strive to break down systemic barriers, promote social justice, and foster self-sufficiency.
We advocate for policy changes and engage in community outreach to raise awareness about the issues faced by disparity populations, ultimately aiming to create a more just and inclusive society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR consultation to our offices in San Diego and Los Angeles.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our mission and values.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Support employee relations and address any HRrelated issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular HR audits and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel between San Diego and Los Angeles as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Compensation:
- Starting pay of $65/hr $75/hr, depending on experience and educational background.
