Job description:
- Strong experience in **ServiceNow
- ITSM.**:
- Strong experience in
OpenText Service Manager version upgrades.
Minimum 8-10 yrs of relevant experience in Service Now
administration
and Opentext Service Manager administration, installation, and upgrades
:
- Experience in OpenText Service Manager version upgrades 9.41, and 9.60.
- Troubleshooting overall upgrade and post upgrade user support.
- Upgrade onpremise Opentext service manager instance from 9.41 to 9.60 and deploy production instance by the 30th of July 2024 and then from 9.60 to 9.72 by the 31st Dec 202
- QA Testing and move upgraded version to production.
- Postproduction migration/upgrade support.
- Coordination with various stakeholders is required. On time report preparation/submission. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$100, $120,000.00 per year
