Your tasks:

You enjoy working with customers and have a high level of customer orientation
You like working in a team and are responsible
You have good logical thinking skills and are solutionoriented
You have an open and reliable personality
You are motivated, flexible, and have a quick grasp
You have a high level of resilience and are very reliable
Aboveaverage completed commercial training
Knowledge of English is desirable
First experience in order processing and handling customs documents
Knowledge of ERP programs (currently Sage KHK Office Line 100)
Experience in the field of freight forwarding and exports
You respond to customer inquiries: order processing orderrelated

- from acceptance, creation & confirmation, to planning of shipment and invoicing
