As part of the Department of Area Management, the Process Management team is responsible for cross-functional process improvements and processes within the Medium and Low Voltage department.

This includes the further development of the digitalization strategy, designing processes for product life cycles and release management of area-specific applications, central procurement of IT, and coordination of occupational safety and quality management.
