As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth in the DACH and Benelux regions. To excel in this role, you must have the ability to identify new opportunities and cultivate existing relationships in these areas. You will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy, managing the entire sales process, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and other departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass the company's sales objectives and targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, establish rapport, and conduct needs assessments to understand their requirements.
  • Build the sales pipeline and track sales metrics to monitor progress towards goals.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the Sales leadership team.
  • Establish an ecosystem to drive a sustainable pipeline.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by potential clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
