We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist / Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team in Monterey, CA.


Your responsibilities:

  • Recruiting new employees (m/f/d) and establishing new recruitment channels
  • Applicant management and onboarding
  • Responsible for training and further education (e.g. Myagi platform)
  • Workforce planning
  • Preparation and conducting of employee/feedback discussions

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in HR and recruitment and/or a degree in business administration
  • You have strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
