Description

For our outpatient service in Cottbus, we are looking for social workers / social educators who are interested in building and bringing to life our new program.

The outpatient services of Malteser Werke gGmbH support children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families through an outpatient care program according to the SGB VIII.

This is your field of responsibility:

You visit families, adolescents, children, and adults in their environment several times a week and observe their living conditions and behaviors. Through your on-site counseling and support, you try to help clients and ensure self-help. You contribute to building social networks as an important resource for families. In addition, you cooperate with various actors involved in the help process. You plan help processes, document their progress, and create reports.
