Description
Your Responsibilities
- Independent project management: You will oversee our construction projects for turnkey parking garages in steel composite construction from building permit planning to handover to the customer. You will also be responsible for reporting and invoicing for services rendered.
- Competent point of contact: You will communicate with clients and other project stakeholders.
- Knowledge and process management: You will actively support us in the development of our processes (e.g. BIM) and promote our junior staff.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Professional experience in independently managing construction projects, ideally in the construction of parking garages
- Sound knowledge in the areas of contract management / VOB as well as calculation / planning phases
- Strong team spirit, independent and goal-oriented work style, and a confident demeanor
- Valid driver's license class B
