Description

The Anna Haag Multigenerational House is an intergenerational social enterprise that is well-known beyond the borders of Stuttgart due to its unique profile.

Following the idea of a "large family", we bring together a senior center, an educational center for youth, young adults, and women with reduced performance, as well as a daycare center under one roof.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time

Qualified Educator (m/f/d) for the Infant Care Area

At our daycare center, you can expect a diverse role with a focus on intergenerational and inclusive activities. The idea of creating a vibrant community of children, seniors, and young people is lived out every day in our house. Like in a "large family", the different generations come together during visits to our daycare center, singing on the living groups, or participating in communal activities such as baking, theater, music, gardening, and crafts. Movement, experiences in the forest and nature are also part of our daily routine.

We should give our children two things: roots and wings.

In our work with infants, it is extremely important to us to have an intense and loving connection with the children. It is part of our self-image to perceive the children's signals, interpret them correctly, and respond promptly and appropriately.
