Description

Reservoir Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d) set up and operate production machines. They monitor the production of their products and carry out necessary quality controls. In addition, they are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their production machines to ensure their operational readiness.

The 2-year training takes place in a dual system. Part of the training is carried out at our plant in Kuppenheim, while vocational school classes are held in block format at the Paper Center in Gernsbach.Training Contents
  • Setting up, operating, and converting machines and plants
  • Simultaneous monitoring of multiple machines
  • Identification and elimination of malfunctions and errors
  • Application of manual or mechanical production techniques
Requirements
  • At least a good secondary school diploma
  • Mechanical and technical understanding
  • Enjoyment of practical work
