As one of the first clinics in the area, we want to launch the project
"4-Day Work Week in Nursing" on our spinal therapy ward.

The trial phase will last for one year and can only begin once we have 15 full-time employees who are interested in participating.

Until then, a 5-day work week is planned. Shift planning will be done on a rotating system and the daily working hours will be 9 hours.
