What can you expect?
- You are the direct contact person for our customers
- You provide assistance and find solutions for technical questions or difficulties for our customers, both in chat and on the phone
- You support our customers with our web-based systems via email, phone, and chat
- You conduct webinars and on-site trainings for our customers
- You are responsible for conflict resolution in case of problems
What should you bring?
- You have completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with a focus on hospitality and/or tourism, and have experience in customer service
- You have a high affinity for IT and technical connections and are proficient in using common MS Office products
- You are skilled and friendly in customer communication and work goal- and result-oriented
- You have a quick grasp, can adapt to different conversation partners and their concerns, and can explain complex matters simply and concisely
- You have the ability to work well in a team, but also the willingness to work independently
- You are flexible and resilient, and can remain calm and find solutions even in difficult conversation situations
