Job Highlights / Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting (balance sheet, income statement, explanatory notes) according to IFRS for German and foreign subsidiaries
Preparation of annual financial statements according to German commercial law
Support in preparing annual tax balance sheet values
Participation in projects (M&A / migrations / systems) as well as in the further development of accounting processes at the transactional level
Point of contact for group functions, business units, and external auditors for supervised companies / projects

Requirements / Profile:

Completed university degree with a focus on accounting or equivalent qualification (Bachelor / Business Economist with additional qualification in international / national accounting) with relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience in accounting at an international company or at an auditing firm
Indepth knowledge of international (IFRS) and national (German GAAP) accounting
Understanding of business processes and analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a goal and solutionoriented work style
