We offer an unlimited part-time position (30 hours per week) as a Heilpädagoge / Erzieher (m/f/d) starting immediately or at a later date.


Why is it so attractive to work at AWO Augsburg? We offer a great work-life balance: We have implemented a 35-hour work week for full-time employees.

Since September 2023, you will work 2 hours less with full salary compensation.

From September 2024, your weekly working hours will be reduced by another 2 hours with full salary compensation to 35 hours.

Part-time employees work proportionally fewer hours.

You will receive an attractive salary according to the innovative in-house collective agreement of AWO Augsburg (regular wage increases and transparent salary increases based on length of service).
