Education in the field of IT desirable

First experiences in IT or system integration or a strong IT affinity due to personal interest

Hands-on mentality, reliability, and a class B driver's license

Team spirit, dedication, and commitment

Your Tasks

1st level support, initial analysis and resolution of malfunctions, if necessary with the help of external service providers

Maintenance of our IT landscape in administration, production, as well as in our branches and school bistros in cooperation with our IT service providers

Setup, maintenance, and configuration of PCs, cash registers, printers, etc.

Above-average salary, depending on experience between 35,000€ and 42,500€ gross per year
