Description
We are looking for an experienced
Daycare Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Some one who will help manage our day-to-day operations and establish and sustain a positive and safe learning environment for children.


Responsibilities:


  • Recruit, enroll and promote clients.
  • Conduct tours and provide interested families with information about the center.
  • Maintain records, secure required documents for files.
  • Ensure that assigned duties are performed timely and adequately.
  • Ensure that the center is safe for children and comply with the laws and regulations.
  • Keep the Director informed at all information.
  • Track and keep inventory of supplies
  • Assists and accepts responsibility in other daily center duties that might be temporary in the event of a situation.

Requirements:


  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Early childhood education experience preferred required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problemsolving, and timemanagement skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic at all times.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Health Exam (including TB shot)
  • Mandated Reporting, State Police, Child Abuse and FBI clearances.
  • CPR certified or willing to obtain.
  • Full and Parttime.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
  • Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Child Development Associate Certification (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Philadelphia, PA required)
