Your Responsibilities

  • To strengthen our team in Castrop-Rauxel, we are currently looking for a part-time Heimverwaltungskraft (m/w/d).

    Tasks include:
    • Monthly invoicing and cost accounting for the care facility
    • Consultation and support regarding social welfare and care allowance applications
    • Completion of admission formalities for new residents
    • Maintenance of master data and resident-related data in the care facility management program
    • Debt management
    • Management of resident files and handling of correspondence
    • Telephone service - communication with relatives, legal guardians, and residents
    • Creation of invoices for health insurance companies
    • Clarification of cost situations
    • Debtor controlling (recording and monitoring of
