Your Responsibilities
- To strengthen our team in Castrop-Rauxel, we are currently looking for a part-time Heimverwaltungskraft (m/w/d).
Tasks include:- Monthly invoicing and cost accounting for the care facility
- Consultation and support regarding social welfare and care allowance applications
- Completion of admission formalities for new residents
- Maintenance of master data and resident-related data in the care facility management program
- Debt management
- Management of resident files and handling of correspondence
- Telephone service - communication with relatives, legal guardians, and residents
- Creation of invoices for health insurance companies
- Clarification of cost situations
