Overview:
Join American Lithium Energy - Driving Innovation in Battery Technology We are

seeking a versatile Account Executive with a strong focus on business development to

enhance our presence in the battery cell manufacturing industry. Based in Carlsbad,

California, this role presents a unique opportunity to shape our growth trajectory and

contribute to our success.


Key Responsibilities:

Reporting:

  • Track and report pipeline and deal progress weekly, providing relevant
insights for actionable decision-making. Help identify next steps and track

responsible party to execute.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing existing
relationships to support high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including the creation of
proposals/quotes, PO and contracts to support sales and coordination of

long-term supply agreements through to signature. Work with legal

counsel on sales related documents as necessary.

  • Responsible for supporting proposal revisions, and technical
documentation


Project Management:

  • Support clients' successful onboarding postclose, including leading
project kickoff meetings by collaborating with internal operating teams and

client stakeholders to ensure timely product and service delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including business,
engineering, and manufacturing to translate client requirements into

actionable project plans Lead the weekly alignment meetings to ensure

projects are on plan.

  • Develop and maintain detailed and accurate project schedules and related
trackers that meets client contract or PO deliverables and milestones.

  • Coordinate with accounting team to continuously align on invoicing based
on tracking of deliverables of products and/or services.

  • Provide comprehensive project updates and reports to senior
management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps,

as well as areas for improvement.


Marketing and Communications:

  • Together with VP strategy, develop and implement marketing strategies
and communications plans to enhance our brand presence and reach

  • Support the execution, and measurement of all marketing campaigns
across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

  • Help with market research and analysis to identify industry trends,
customer needs, and competitive insights

  • Utilize and support sales enablement tools (CRM) to help lead generation,
account management and conversion efforts.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign
effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a role related to manufacturing, project
management.

Close Expertise:
Proficiency in identifying client needs, creating

quotes, driving the close process, and negotiating contracts to signature.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational Prowess: Outstanding organizational skills, selfstarter
mentality, and strong problem-solving abilities to manage multiple projects

efficiently.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
Engineering, or a relevant field.
