To strengthen our team at our Nuremberg branch, we are looking for a Insurance and Finance Clerk (m/f/d) in the back office to start as soon as possible.

Your new role:

You act as an important link between our company and our customers in the healthcare or industrial sector, providing them with cross-sector support (excluding motor, credit and pension management) both by phone and in writing

Your negotiation skills are required in discussions with insurers in operational and claims processes, and you also handle the examination of insurance policies and documents with care

In addition, you are responsible for carrying out contract changes and modifications of any kind to meet the needs of our customers

With your customer-oriented approach, you prepare annual meetings with joy and, if necessary, participate in them personally to actively shape the future of our partnerships
