On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a full-time Export Clerk (m/f/d) with additional responsibilities in sales support in the Wangen im Allgäu area.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independent preparation, creation, and followup of offers
  • Independent and complete order processing
  • Comprehensive customer support
  • Handling of complete shipping process
  • Preparation of export documents and certificates of origin
  • Other administrative and organizational tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk, or similar qualification
  • Professional experience as a freight forwarding clerk or in logistics, preferably in freight forwarding or industry
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Technical understanding is an advantage
  • Team player with a selfsufficient and structured working style
