Meaningful tasks as Market Support (m/f/d) at abcfinance in Hurdland, MO:

  • As part of market support, you are responsible for all activities related to the transparency register
  • You daily request all necessary transparency register extracts through a portal, monitor the return and download the corresponding extract through a download
  • You document the process in our IT systems
  • You check for any discrepancies between customer information and register extracts, report them through a portal to the transparency register and respond to any inquiries regarding the discrepancy reports
  • You work on process development and integration into a possible automatic interface
  • As needed, you take on additional tasks in the field of internal market support, such as reviewing and administering cooperation agreements with our specialist dealers
