Your training will include:

  • Diverse assignments in senior living, home care, pediatric care, psychiatric care, and hospitals
  • Learning medical treatment care such as wound care, administering injections, and managing medications
  • Providing loving support to residents in their daily lives, including personal care, mobilization, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance
  • Measuring vital signs and monitoring and documenting health status
  • Working closely with doctors, therapists, and your nursing team
  • Implementing apprentice projects such as planning events, designing common areas, or managing your own living area

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, completed vocational training of at least two years, or completed assistant training in nursing
