Your responsibilities

  • You will provide warm hospitality and assistance to our guests at the resort
  • You will be responsible for the entire night shift at the reception
  • You will handle checkins/checkouts
  • You will provide guest advice
  • You will conduct night audits
  • You will perform security rounds
  • You will be responsible for training new employees
  • You will be the boss of the night

Your profile

  • You are a natural host and enjoy working with guests
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a hotel is an advantage
  • You enjoy working in the calm of the night, and are reliable, honest, and helpful
  • You are a quick learner and interested in learning how to use a PMS
  • You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility
