The main tasks:
Professional leadership and management of the performance team Management and optimization of work processes including quality assurance Coordination of cross-team process flows within the job center Processing of complex performance cases Contact person (m/f/d) for customer concerns and objections Booking of accommodation costs and settlement with the Bavarian Center for Family and Social Affairs Processing of review applications according to § 44 SGB X Processing of (witness) protection cases Personnel responsibility for the employees of the performance team The requirements: Civil servant (m/f/d) of the third qualification level of the specialist career in administration and finance or administrative assistant (m/f/d) or employee (m/f/d) with specialist examination II, combined with several years of relevant professional experience High social competence, especially conflict resolution and communication skills, also with regard to people from different backgrounds Confident appearance and mental resilience Reliable and accurate work Foreign language skills, especially English, desirable Consent to be assigned to the job center (joint institution of the Federal Employment Agency and the district of Erding) while maintaining the employment relationship with the district of Erding We offer: A permanent
