Your responsibilities:

Personnel administration and support: from hiring to termination (employment contracts, termination agreements, changes in working hours, reclassification, employment references, certification, electronic time tracking, employee correspondence, company pension plans)
Preparation and verification of payroll for industrial employees in a team, in compliance with applicable income tax and social security regulations, as well as collective bargaining agreements and company agreements.
Support for company pensioners, including processing of pension payments
Familiarization with the reporting process to the Pension Security Association (PSV)
Yearend tasks such as various provisions, employment status according to HGB
Preparation and processing of various reports, including monthly personnel status reports
Processing of time tracking, including personnel deployment planning

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training with specialized further education in the field of compensation, e.g. as a payroll accountant or personnel specialist
Indepth knowledge of income tax law, social security law, and labor law, as well as relevant practical experience
Proficiency in payroll software (ideally SAP HCM) and time tracking software (e.g. ZEUS eXperience)
Proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a solutionoriented and proactive work style
Structured and independent work style
