Our client is one of the leading European providers in the fields of medical rehabilitation and mental health.

With over 35,000 employees, they care for approximately 260,000 patients every year in over 400 clinics and facilities in Germany and the United Kingdom.

Your expertise is needed at their headquarters in Berlin, and we will take care of it

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and processing outstanding balances through dunning runs and account reconciliations
Observing payment behavior to derive individual measures for improvement
Documenting conversations and agreements in the SAP system
Negotiating and arranging payments and installment plans with customers and monitoring them
Acting as a contact person for commercial managers within the company group
Collaborating with external debt collection agencies and lawyers
Creating reports for internal and external interfaces
Providing support to the team and managers in specific cases or situations

Qualifications:

Commercial education or equivalent qualification
Ideally, experience in the field of debt collection or accounts receivable management
Good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office
Good written and spoken German skills
Negotiation skills and customeroriented approach
Good understanding of numbers and structured work style
