The Supply Chain Management department at Helmut Fischer Group includes the teams of logistics, order processing, purchasing, and production planning.

Supply Chain Management ensures that goods, products, and services reach their destination safely and reliably - both internally and externally.

This covers the entire supply chain from suppliers to end customers.


Your responsibilities:

Processing of national and international customer orders
Independent management of territory and existing customers
Handling of letters of credit and collections
Written and telephone communication with end customers, distributors, and sales companies
Coordination of freight and parcel shipments
Preparation of country-specific export documents, including proof of preference and certificates of origin
Invoicing for goods shipments and services provided


Our requirements:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
Several years of professional experience in order processing and export
Expertise in customs, the new Union Customs Code, and preferences is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and MS Office products, especially Excel
Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Negotiation skills in German and English, both written and spoken
