Your responsibilities:
Providing written, telephone, and personal advice and support to our customers
Determining insurance relationships
Calculating and collecting contributions
Approving and paying benefits and monetary benefits
Understanding the connection between marketing and sales

Your profile:
Good secondary school diploma or higher education entrance qualification / high school diploma
Enjoy working with people
Empathy and decision-making skills
High willingness to learn, flexibility, and teamwork
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German
Interest in working with laws and regulations
