Ramp Agent Trainer (m/f/diverse)
in Frankfurt


Your responsibilities:

As a trainer for ramp agents of the ground handling service at the airport, you will be responsible for the following tasks (m/f/diverse):

  • Training and onboarding of ramp agents (m/f/diverse)
  • Providing necessary flight documents
  • Creating flightspecific documents such as loading instructions
  • Monitoring work processes at the aircraft, taking into account relevant safety regulations
  • Quality management of administrative tasks for pre and postdeparture as well as telex communication

Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:

  • Current work experience as a ramp agent, preferably at Frankfurt Airport (m/f/diverse)
  • First experience in training or leading and onboarding employees in the field of ground handling services at the airport desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English language, both written and spoken
  • Valid reliability check according to 7 LuftSiG desirable
  • Driver's license, at least class B
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Responsible and dedicated work ethic
  • Ability to handle stress, flexibility, and willingness to work in shifts
