hagebau Logistik GmbH & Co. KG brings together our six logistics locations in Burgau, Herten, Neumünster, Schleinitz, Westerkappeln, and Walsrode under one roof.

They ensure the nationwide supply of goods to all hagebau specialist and retail locations - including procurement, transport management, distribution, and warehousing for over 1,700 hagebau locations.

hagebau Logistik GmbH & Co. KG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of hagebau Handelsgesellschaft für Baustoffe mbH & Co. KG, which employs over 1,400 people.


For our logistics location in Westerkappeln, as well as partially in a mobile office, we are looking for a full-time Team Leader (m/f/d) for Logistics Systems & Process Management to start immediately.


Your responsibilities:

  • Professional leadership of our team of six within the Strategic Logistics department, as well as guidance for external consultants and developers
  • Acting as project manager (m/f/d), for example in the areas of software and logistics processes, as well as an innovative process and system consultant (m/f/d) for our employees
