JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Assists the Slot Relief Shift Manager with the scheduling, training, and overseeing of the Slot Attendants and Hi Limit Cashiers in an assigned section of the floor.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
- .Provides excellent customer service.
- .Responsible for all related gaming machine and guest service related issues
- .Assists with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions of Slot Department personnel
- .Supervises the Slot Operation of the Casino floor, gaming machines, customer service,and
- assigned Slot Department personnel.
- .Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering Program (AMLP) and its requirements
- including, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification
- requirements
- .Oversees the activity of Slot Attendants and Hi Limit Cashiers where assigned.
- .Issues complimentary services per internal control authorizations
- .Approves slot machine payoffs in assigned area and key over Slot Jackpots
- .Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as, current and upcoming special events
- .Stays informed of current industry trends
- .Performs the duties of a Slot Attendant as required
- .Complies with all applicable Tribal Regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

_WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS_

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 miles, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.

Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment. Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs.

on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to:
a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
