Responsibilities:

In a dual leadership role with another team lead, you will be the main point of contact for your team members. Your responsibilities will also include both the technical and financial planning and management of your organizational unit as a cost center.
You will develop marketing and communication concepts to support the overall strategy and goals of the company and integrate them into your team and projects.
You will ensure the uniqueness of the brand and further expand the recognition of Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation. Brand promises, corporate design, and language are important components of this.
Together with your team, you will develop a stateoftheart communication strategy in close coordination with the management and Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
You will design campaigns and measures across all channels (website, social media, intranet, Mercedes-Benz channels, etc.).
You will be responsible for the development of internal communication (including intranet management), employer experience, and employee events to support our culture optimally.
You will maintain a network with other communicators within the company as well as with the communications department of Mercedes-Benz.
You will also be responsible for the conception and implementation of regular and systematic satisfaction surveys and events for business partners.

Qualifications:

You have a degree in business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable field of study, as well as several years of professional experience in the field of marketing and communications.
