The company Kalbus & Schmidt Beverage Distribution GmbH, located in the beautiful district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf, was founded in 2002. Our company focuses on three core business areas.

These include the hospitality industry, supplying authorities, canteens, and offices, as well as operating our own beverage stores in Berlin and Brandenburg.

The company now employs over 90 employees.

We are currently seeking a part-time hours per week) Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Berlin Lichterfelde.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing payments
Maintaining company accounts
Assisting with VAT returns
Preparing and assisting with the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
Advising management on financial matters
Electronic bookkeeping and data transmission
Handling special accounting cases
Acting as a contact person for economic and tax auditors, as well as our external tax office

Your profile should include:

Completed commercial training or further education in the field of financial accounting
Proven experience as a financial accountant (m/f/d) and a strong understanding of the field
Previous experience working with SAP in financial accounting
Motivation and willingness to think outside the box
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Willingness to work in a shift system
