- Take leak calls and create notifications
- Service T&M Billings
- Obtain missing Purchase Orders for T&M's / request NTE's when needed
- Service Scheduler – Calling customers with ETA's and updating schedule as necessary
- Sheet Service jobs – send documents to legal, change orders, cost adjustments, load documents into ZEJF, etc.
- Provide copies of appropriate paperwork to Service Manager, Service Sales Representatives, etc.
- Collections for Service Department – make calls to customers and update spreadsheet notes
- Take and process credit card payments for T&M's
- Update reports as needed
- Repeat Service call tracking
- Collect foreperson's weekly paperwork and organize for Service Manager to review
- Responsible for answering main phone line for office and directing calls
- Provide back-up help for Service Manager
- Day to day administrative duties associated with the job Candidate Requirements:
- Customer service & administrative experience – Required
- SAP Experience a Plus
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication, follow up, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Superb time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel; PowerPoint, and the Internet Premier Benefits:
