For our facility in Laboe, we are looking for a

Residential Area Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Individual, holistic basic and treatment care according to the wishes and needs of our residents in close cooperation with medical facilities and external service providers
  • Conducting proper and professional care documentation
  • Management of the residential area team in all matters, as well as duty and vacation planning

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the fields of elderly care, health care or pediatric nursing
  • Knowledge of common systems for care documentation (e.g. DAN) desirable
  • Customer-oriented, team-oriented, confident and solution-oriented way of working
  • Positive attitude towards sick, disabled and elderly people and their relatives
  • High empathy, good observation skills and perceptiveness as well as creativity and flexibility
