Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the functionality of equipment and machinery in the assigned area
  • Managing the quality improvement of the produced goods
  • Leadership responsibility for the glass processing department
  • Reporting production problems, malfunctions, and improvement measures in team meetings
  • Collaborating with sales team leaders regarding quality-related customer issues
  • Conducting internal and external quality and environmental audits
  • Planning, implementing, monitoring, and installing new production lines during tank repairs
  • Maintaining and managing relevant production documents
  • Creating work and procedure instructions and monitoring compliance
  • Shared responsibility for achieving quality and environmental goals

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a technician or master - preferably
